No Surprises.

Most shops either lowball you upfront or bury the real split in fine print. We keep it simple: the more you produce, the higher your split. Self-sourced business earns you top-tier comp. Company-provided leads are split 50/50.

We retain YSP on Non-QM and DSCR loans — which means we can price more aggressively for your borrowers and still pay you competitively.

All comp is paid on funded loan revenue. Splits apply to lender-paid compensation. Broker comp is typically 150–175 bps depending on lender and loan type.

Licensing Transfer

We'll handle the NMLS sponsorship transfer. This typically takes 5–10 business days depending on state processing times.

Get access to Arive, GHL, and all lender portals. We'll walk you through your first submission together to make sure you're set up for success.
