Clavis Capital Group was founded with a clear purpose: to give borrowers access to a broader range of loan products — conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, bridge — without the limitations of being tied to a single lender's guidelines.

As a mortgage broker and correspondent lender, we work with 20+ wholesale and retail lenders. That means when your situation doesn't fit a conventional box, we have options. Self-employed with complex tax returns? Investor buying in an LLC? Foreign national with no US credit history? We've closed all of these — and we know which lenders to bring them to.

Our focus markets are Southern California and South Florida — two of the most competitive and expensive real estate markets in the country. That context shapes everything about how we work: we move fast, we communicate clearly, and we understand what it means to compete in markets where deals close on tight timelines.
